Pardee Homes unveils Eldorado at family run

Pardee Homes' Eldorado community in North Las Vegas was showcased recently during the North Las Vegas Parks and Recreation Department's third annual Northern Exposure 10k Race and 2-Mile Fun Run.

The event started and finished in the community's 22-acre Seastrand Park. About 400 runners competed in the 10k Race and about 100 walkers participated in the 2-Mile Fun Run, including families and company employees.

"We are proud to again be involved in North Las Vegas' Northern Exposure event, which is a great opportunity for participants to experience the lifestyle of the Eldorado community and compete in a challenging 10k run in one of the most scenic areas of the valley," said Klif Andrews, the builder's vice president of community development.

Community amenities include an elementary school, parks and a fire station.

The builder's Eldorado Highlands model park sits on an elevated site across from Seastrand Park; it features models from the Fontana and Mandevilla neighborhoods.

Fontana features single- and two-story floor plans measuring from 1,594 to 2,931 square feet. The residences are priced from $186,450 to $246,950 and have as many as four bedrooms.

Mandevilla has four floor plans priced from $258,950 to $301,450. Designs measure from 2,512 to 3,899 square feet and include options such as bonus rooms, enlarged master suites, guest suites, libraries, tech centers and balconies.

To visit Eldorado Highlands, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and proceed north to the community's entrance.

Sales offices and models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
