Anthem Highlands' homes available immediately

Several homes are available for occupancy at Pulte Homes' Anthem Highlands community in Henderson.

Three designs are ready for move-in in the Lochwood Collection, which features four single-story plans measuring from 1,976 to 2,655 square feet and priced from $366,990 to $402,990.

Among the available homes is a 1976 plan priced at $390,015. The three-bedroom, two-bath design features upgraded tile flooring, cherry raised-panel cabinets, granite counter tops and an L-shaped covered rear patio.

A 2106 design is priced at $397,985. Highlights include hickory raised-panel cabinets, granite counter tops and upgraded tile flooring.

Also available is a 2584 design priced at $424,640. It features four bedrooms; three baths; and hickory cabinets, granite counter tops and upgraded tile flooring in the kitchen.

Lochwood is one of five series of homes offered at the Scottish Highlands-themed community. A total of 20 single- and two-story floor plans are available, measuring from 1,580 to 3,483 square feet. They are priced from $257,990 to $549,990.

All homes feature the builder's Platinum Series Environments for Living technology, as well as the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star certification for being at least 30 percent more energy efficient than federal standards require. They also offer a three-year heating- and cooling-cost guarantee.

Synthetic turf, which is featured in the model park, is available as an option.

The 400-acre community will comprise about 1,500 homes at completion.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and follow the signs. The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.
