Solera buyers appreciate Clark plan

The Clark model has been popular among home buyers at Solera at Anthem, a Del Webb age-qualified community, according to sales manager R. Wayne Wermuth.

"Affordable homes with the active-adult lifestyle are in hot demand. We find that many people are seeking a new lifestyle and smaller home, making the Clark a perfect choice," he said.

The 1,242-square-foot design has three bedrooms, two baths, and living and dining rooms.

As with all homes in the community, it features energy-saving features such as integrated wiring, low-e windows, a cocoon insulation system, and heating and cooling sealants that exceed the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star requirements.

In addition, the homes have features that are often considered options.

Other available designs include the Lewis, a 1,140-square-foot plan with two bedrooms, two baths and a great room; the Whitney, a 1,591-square-foot plan with two bedrooms, two baths, a great room and den; and the Franklin, a 1,771-square-foot plan.

Homes are priced from the high $180,000s to the mid-$200,000s.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and proceed to Somersworth Drive. The office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
