Christopher grows within Southern Highlands

Christopher Homes' neighborhoods in Southern Highlands Golf Club have proved popular among luxury-home buyers, according to the builder, who stated buyers have been impressed by the residential designs featured in The Christopher Collection and The Villas.

In response, Christopher recently purchased an additional 55 home sites within the community.

"Sales in our first phase were far beyond our original expectations, which has prompted an early release of our second phase," sales agent Teresa Tebbs said.

"Our buyers are discovering beautiful home sites, many with stunning golf course and mountain views; an unparalleled choice of 21 residential designs, each of which can be modified and customized to their own taste and lifestyle; and a private, guard-gated country club location."

The floor plans range from 1,983 to 6,200 square feet. Prices, including the lots, range from the low $400,000s to more than $1 million.

"With so many choices of residential and exterior elevation designs, along with a variety of color palettes, this will be a neighborhood with a true custom feel," Tebbs said.

Meantime, sales continue in The Christopher Collection, where buyers can choose from 13 floor plans measuring from 3,000 to 6,200 square feet. Included are four single-story plans; two two-story residences with main-level master suites; and seven two-story plans with upstairs master suites. Homes are priced from the low $500,000s to more than $1 million. The home sites average one-quarter acre.

The builder includes a $25,000 allowance in the base price for the buyer's choice of customizing options.

Another 10 homes, all on a cul-de-sac, will be released this weekend at The Villas, which offers eight floor plans measuring from 1,983 to 3,400 square feet. Prices start from the low $400,000s to the mid-$800,000s. Select single-story plans can be expanded to two stories, while a two-story design can be expanded to three stories. All front-yard landscaping is handled through the association.

Each neighborhood offers lots with city, mountain and golf course views.

Two three-story homes are nearly completed and can be ready for move-in within 30 days, according to Tebbs.

The builder is also developing The Enclave at Southern Highlands, a gated neighborhood of 18 custom residences. The lots range from one-third acre to three-quarters of an acre and are priced from the high $200,000s to more than $1 million.

Southern Highlands Golf Club is a private course complemented by a clubhouse with an upscale dining room, wine room for private parties, golf library, and men's and women's lounges and locker rooms. Concierge service includes home delivery of cuisine from the clubhouse restaurant.

Buyers at all Christopher Homes neighborhoods in Southern Highlands Golf Club receive a free social membership to the country club, upon application approval.
