SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

Trick-or-treaters and their families are invited to celebrate Halloween at the fourth annual M&M Treat Street event at Silverstone Ranch, a golf course community by Pulte Homes.

Co-sponsored by the builder and a local radio station, the event runs from 5 to 8 p.m. next Friday. Activities and refreshments will be featured.

"We are really looking forward to celebrating this Halloween by providing valley residents a safe, fun place to bring their children," said Christy Stratton, director of marketing for Pulte. "Silverstone Ranch's majestic northwest location and variety of home collections will be the perfect site for this year's Treat Street."

Model homes will be decorated in various themes including Cat in the Hat, Matrix and Harry Potter. In addition, the first 1,000 ghosts, goblins and ghouls to visit will receive free trick-or-treat bags.

Silverstone Ranch currently features five collections of homes, offering single- and two-story floor plans measuring from 1,520 to 3,448 square feet. Prices start from $221,990 to $484,990.

A new collection is scheduled to open early next year.

Silverstone Ranch is planned to include several neighborhoods, each with amenities such as parks, basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds and arbors. One neighborhood will have a guard-gated entry, while a townhome development will include a social center and a swimming pool.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive, turn right and proceed to Grand Teton Drive and turn right. Proceed to Buffalo Drive and turn left. The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.

Pulte Homes Inc. is active in 44 markets nationwide. Under its Del Webb brand, the company is the nation's leading builder of communities for people age 55 and older.
