Ryland plans adapt to buyers' needs

Ryland Homes offers buyers the chance to live in an area surrounded by trails and ponds at its Posadas neighborhood in the Sunrise Ridge community in the southeastern valley.

Three floor plans are available. Prices start from the low to mid-$200,000s.

Residence One is a one-story, 1,286-square-foot design with two bedrooms, two baths, a sunroom, breakfast nook, patio and optional den. Standard features include recessed lighting, energy-efficient fixtures, a laundry room, and two-car garage with a finished interior.

Measuring 1,286 square feet, Residence Two has two bedrooms, two baths, an island kitchen, a patio and an optional den or dining room. The single-story design has an optional attic or storage area.

The largest plan, Residence Three, measures 1,553 square feet and has two bedrooms, two baths, and a den or optional third bedroom.

The neighborhood is one of five offered by the builder at the community.

To visit, take Interstate 515 to the Flamingo Road exit and head east. Turn left at Cabana Drive, then turn right at Desert Inn Road. Proceed to Theme Road and turn right. The sales center is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
