The Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas will incorporate design elements that create a 1930s atmosphere, according to the hotel's interior designer.
"The overall style of the hotel is that of a glamorous hotel of a bygone era," said Megan McFarland, principal partner at Design 360 Unlimited. "We're creating distinction by using a twist on a classic design."

The property is a joint venture between Donald J. Trump and his longtime friend Phil G. Ruffin. The 2 million-square-foot high-rise development is located on a portion of the New Frontier property, adjacent to Fashion Show mall. It will feature 1,282 condominium-hotel units. There will be 880 studio and 352 one-bedroom suites on the 16th through 59th floors; and 50 one-, two- and three-bedroom penthouse suites on the upper five floors.
Units remain available. Final-phase pricing starts from the $600,000s to $6 million.
All units will be furnished and decorated. Highlights will include floor-to-ceiling windows, European-style kitchens with upscale appliances, and Italian marble flooring in the entries and baths. The master baths will contain dual-sink vanities, marble counter tops and spa tubs. Additional features will include owners' lockout closets, plasma TVs, and cable television.
Residents and guests will enjoy access to 24-hour concierge and security services.
"We're creating a space that will make people stop and say, 'Now this is Trump,'" said Dean Singer, principal partner at Design 360 Unlimited.
The project architect is Bergman, Walls and Associates Ltd. Architects of Las Vegas; and the general contractor is Perini Building Co.
The sales office is located at 3128 Las Vegas Blvd. South, at Fashion Show Drive. Office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
