Christopher counts down to closeouts
The countdown to closeout continues at The Christopher Collection and The Villas, both of which are under development by Christopher Homes at Southern Highlands Golf Club. Sales agent Kimberley Heese said only 10 new homes remain for sale at the two properties in the southwestern valley. "Christopher Homes is offering tremendous values on these highly-upgraded homes, along with the rare convenience of having a move-in date as early as the first quarter of 2005," Heese said. Homes at both neighborhoods measure 2,163 to 6,000 square feet and are priced from about $700,000 to $2 million. Many of the available homes are on golf course lots. Heese said prospective buyers who may have visited the community in the past should visit again to see how it has developed. "(It) has blossomed into one of the most elegant country club communities in Southern Nevada," she said. "But like all good things, the opportunity to purchase a new home in The Christopher Collection and The Villas will soon come to and end. The good news, though, is that our final release of homes are among our most popular residential designs. "Additionally, the buyers of our final homes will have the advantage of moving into a well-established neighborhood, surrounded by magnificent residences and community amenities." Buyers at both neighborhoods will receive a social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval. Anchoring the private course is a clubhouse with formal and informal dining, a golf library, wine room, furnished men's and women's locker rooms, and a pro shop. The Spa at Southern Highlands features private treatment rooms, men's and women's lounge areas with private steam rooms, vitality pools and relaxation areas. It also provides a full-service fitness center, group exercise and yoga studio, private training studios, lighted tennis courts, a swimming pool, private cabanas, an outdoor hot tub, manicure and pedicure stations, and a children's pool and play area. The guard-gated community also maintains a security patrol. To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Lake Mead/Henderson exit and go west. The information office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
