Andover allows family to remain in southwest
Doug Banaszak and Madeline Benito, along with their son, Brandon Benito, found their first new home at Richmond American Homes' Andover neighborhood. "We love the southwest area and wanted to stay here to keep Brandon in the same school," Madeline Benito said. "There is a little bit of everything you need around here, which makes it really convenient to live in the area." The new home is a short distance from their old one. "It's great to watch our home come together," Banaszak said. "It seemed more like a dream, but now that we have been to the design center and have picked out our choices, we can start to see the house becoming ours, and it's getting really exciting." This neighborhood offers four floor plans, each with a two-car garage. Banaszak and Benito chose the Winter model, which measures 1,485 square feet and features a formal dining room and kitchen nook. It includes three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, plus an option for a master retreat. The price starts from the $290,000s. The Spring, measuring 1,357 square feet, offers three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a living room and dining room. An upstairs laundry room is adjacent to the secondary bedrooms. The home is priced from the $280,000s. The Summer model measures 1,418 square feet and features three bedrooms plus an optional loft and bonus room. It is priced from the $290,000s. The largest model, the Fall, ranges from 1,645 to 1,933 square feet with as many as five bedrooms. A bonus room can be added over the living and dining areas. The home is priced from the $310,000s. The builder has more than 30 subdivisions throughout the valley. Sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except for Friday, when they open at noon.
