Toll Bros.' residential plans promote family interaction
Toll Bros. builds luxury homes for families of all sizes and with myriad needs at its new neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley, according to vice president Gary Mayo. "When buying a home at Toll Brothers, we want to include the whole family in the process. It's important that every family member has a place in the home that's theirs, whether it's a great bedroom or game room for the kids or the home office or master suite for mom and dad," he said. Among the family-oriented features available are bonus or game rooms, offices, dens, tech centers, and bedrooms that share Jack-and-Jill baths. The designs also feature family rooms and space for outdoor entertaining, as well as covered patios and/or courtyards, per plan. The builder also offers multiple design options enabling buyers to customize their homes. These include media niches, detached guest casitas and expanded covered patios. In addition, Mayo said the company strives to build homes in family-friendly communities. "To meet the demands of our buyers, we seek out communities that offer family amenities from tot lots and green areas to easy access to schools and employment centers," he said. The builder has five new neighborhoods in Summerlin: Toll Brothers at Palomar, Traccia, Serrano, and The Retreat and The Reserve at Toll Brothers at Red Rock Country Club. Common amenities within the master-planned community include trails; parks; social centers; golf courses; and facilities for sports such as soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, volleyball and tennis. In addition, residents at Toll Brothers at Red Rock Country Club have access to two championship golf courses and a clubhouse. In Henderson, the builder offers The Reserve and The Retreat at Toll Brothers at MacDonald Highlands. Central to the guard-gated community is DragonRidge Country Club, which features an 18-hole championship golf course and a clubhouse with a fitness center and dining. The community also provides three private parks offering tennis and basketball courts and playgrounds, as well as five miles of trails. New homes also are available at three neighborhoods in the northwestern valley. The company has been building homes for more than 35 years, and has more than 205 selling subdivisions in 21 states.
