The second 40-story tower of the condominium-hotel at The Residences at MGM Grand will be completed at the end of this month. The project's first tower debuted in June.
The Residences, a joint venture between Turnberry, Ltd. and MGM Mirage, was the first condominium-hotel overlooking the Strip to open in Las Vegas, according to company officials.
