Temple recently held the grand opening of Senna, a neighborhood in North Las Vegas. The celebration last weekend included the unveiling of its model homes.
"The feedback from buyers has exceeded our already high expectations of this cutting-edge community. The public has been starved for a unique concept that really supports the way families live," said Jeff Peterson, vice president of sales for the builder.

The homes range from 1,751 to 2,314 square feet.
Prices start in the low $300,000s.
Designs include covered patios, lofts, window recesses, and varying color schemes.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go west to Losee Road, drive north to Centennial Parkway and turn left. Turn right on Barista Street.
Established in 1984, Temple is developing Senna, Agave, Cactus Springs and Autumn Chase. The company is headed by Aaron Temple.
