Signature Homes' Sterling presents diversity

Signature Homes' Sterling, a new age-qualified neighborhood in the southeast, presents a diverse collection of homes, according to the builder.

"Signature Homes conducted research and listened to input from prospective buyers regarding the design of the homes at Sterling," sales agent Brandy Fountain said. "Every aspect of every room was considered by a number of experts, and the result is a series of magnificent floor plans that work."

The guard-gated neighborhood of single-family homes is being built in the southeastern valley. Four floor plans are available, measuring from 1,079 to 1,376 square feet with as many as three bedrooms and two baths.

Prices start from the low $100,000s.

Standard features include Southwestern-style architecture, covered entries, concrete-tile roofs and front-yard landscaping.

Interiors contain linen storage areas, walk-in closets in the owner suites and select secondary bedrooms, light fixtures, and vaulted ceilings in select areas.

The builder also provides a washer and dryer, refrigerator, window coverings, a garage door opener, and a security system.

Homeowners have access to a swimming pool and spa, a recreation building with a fireplace and exercise equipment, as well as an 18-hole putting course.

Qualified buyers can choose from a $3,000 incentive package or a program with a total move-in cost of $1,800.

To visit, take Tropicana Avenue east, past Boulder Highway, to Broadbent Boulevard and turn right.

The models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
