New designs featured at Stanpark's Monument



Many factors have drawn home buyers to Monument at Lone Mountain, Stanpark Homes' newest community in the northwestern valley. Included are an ideal location and flexible floor plans, according to Michael Cox, director of sales and marketing.

"Monument offers privacy within a gated entrance and combined with the value, range of product and 5-acre park, we are offering home buyers one of the best packages in the valley," Cox said, noting that buyers can choose from several new home designs.

"We are extremely excited about the new floor plans we're offering at Monument, because they are elegant yet functional in design and appeal to home buyers of various lifestyles," he said. "With the flexible options offered, Stanpark Homes has created a new level of family living with Monument at Lone Mountain."

There are eight floor plans available in single- and two-story designs within two neighborhoods.

Homes at The Summit measure from 1,379 to 2,461 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and a three-car garage. Prices start from the $140,000s.

At Crescendo, floor plans range from 1,949 to 3,634 square feet with as many as seven bedrooms and a four-car garage. Prices for these homes start from the $170,000s.

Stanpark Homes offers a 10-year homeowner protection plan in addition to special programs for qualified buyers, including a no cost program to help current homeowners sell their home if moving into a new Stanpark home and 1 percent off closing costs when financing through an approved lender.

The community park is expected to open by the end of this year with walking trails, barbecues, benches and a gazebo, according to Cox.

To visit Monument, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue, head west to the end of the road then go north. The model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The builder also has homes available at Tempo, a gated neighborhood in North Las Vegas. Buyers can choose from four single- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 1,246 to 2,165 square feet. Homes are priced from the low $100,000s. To visit, take Cheyenne Avenue to Revere Street, which is east of Martin Luther King Boulevard.

There are also four single- and two-story floor plans available at the builder's Teton at La Entrada neighborhood in Henderson. Homes measure from 1,802 to 3,115 square feet and are priced from the $170,000s. Three-car garages are standard.

To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Gibson Road and go south.
