Seven Hills provides view lots

Among the available housing choices in the Seven Hills planned community in Henderson are custom-home sites in the Portofino and Corcovado neighborhoods, both offered by Nevastar Investment Corp.

"Portofino is an outstanding custom neighborhood for many reasons," marketing representative Patricia Cunningham said. "Along with a prestigious and convenient location in Seven Hills, it has the distinction of being situated in one of the highest areas within the community. The views are spectacular and the limited number of home sites will ensure a very quiet and quaint neighborhood."

The neighborhood features 24 lots that measure from about one-third acre to three-quarters of an acre. Golf course sites are available, as well as lots with city and mountain views.

Prices start from about $175,000 and a 5 percent discount is being offered on home sites purchased by mid-November.

Corcovado features four privately gated sites, ranging from 1 1/2 acres to about 2 1/4 acres and priced from about $995,000 to $1.3 million. Three lots are available and backup to a nearby golf club.

"Corcovado is for the buyer seeking the ultimate in estate-style living in Southern Nevada," Cunningham said. "These huge, privately gated estates offer not only exclusive living, but some of the most spectacular views to be found anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley."

Seven Hills is a development of Silver Canyon Partnership in the foothills of Black Mountain. Plans for the 1,300-acre community include more than 3,000 homes, including about 300 custom homes; 25 neighborhoods; city and neighborhood parks with basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball courts, and playgrounds; landscaped open space; and miles of trails and walkways.

Dozens of model homes and more than 45 floor plans are available, priced from the $140,000s to about $350,000. Custom-home sites are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million.

Neighborhoods open for sales are Renaissance and Crescendo by Pardee Homes; Naples by Kimball Hill Homes; Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home; Meridiana by Trident Homes; Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes; and Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes. Home sites are also available in Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership.

Information regarding homes and custom lots can be obtained at the sales and information pavilion, which has office hours from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

The pavilion is located just inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, which is about one-half mile west of the Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway intersection.
