Pulte Homes is preparing Easton Place, its first neighborhood located within the Providence master-planned community, for a grand opening on Oct. 28. The builder will provide gifts for all attendees at the fall-themed event in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley.
"We're especially excited about the grand opening of Easton Place because it features new home designs that we expect to be a perfect fit with the theme of the Providence master plan," said Nick Parks, director or marketing for the builder.

"We're expecting a record turnout at the October 28 grand opening event because of the exciting Fall Festival theme and the long-awaited opening of the Easton Place model-home park."
The neighborhood features two-story designs ranging from 1,713 to 2,061 square feet, and the homes include front and rear balconies.
Prices start in the low $300,000s.
Featuring 17 home builders, the Providence community will contain 30 neighborhoods. Residences range from condominiums to estate homes.
A temporary sales office for Easton Place is open.
Take the Las Vegas Beltway and exit north on Hualapai Way and continue past Severance Lane. The sales trailer is on the right side at 7492 Lassen Peak Circle.
Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Wednesdays when the office opens at noon. The neighborhood's permanent sales office will open on Oct. 28.
