Dolce by the Lakes condominiums offers resort-style living in the valley's southwest across from the Lakes area, according to John DiCarlo, sales agent for Dolce.
The gated development is centered around mature landscaping which features walking paths and barbecue grills and picnic areas.

Interior amenities include granite countertops, cherry stained maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances.
Three floor plans are available at Dolce --the one-bedroom, one-bath Acqua offers 672 square feet and is priced from $139,900.
The Capri is a split two-bedroom, two-bath model of 965 square feet, priced from $169,900.
The 1,098-square-foot Solare model features three bedrooms and two full baths with separate dining room and is priced from $199,900.
Some upper level homes have wood-burning fireplaces.
Dolce is located one block south of Sahara Avenue on Durango Drive. Models and sales offices are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Canyon Edge, located on 17 acres in Henderson offers five different home floor plans that range from 3,900 to 5,500 square feet with prices starting at $1.2 million.

All 44 homes are set in a terraced fashion and are situated to line only one side of the street, ensuring unobstructed views for every homeowner. The buyer can choose from a variety of outdoor living areas, including courtyards, decks, trellises, pergolas and fully equipped outdoor kitchens.
