Lennar debuts Turtle Bay



Lennar Homes' Earlstone neighborhood, at Anthem Highlands in northwest Las Vegas Valley, features the Turtle Bay floor plan, which is a No. 1 seller, according to the builder.

"The two-story master suite just blows everyone away," said Art Knudsen, sales agent.

The home measures 4,933 square feet, and contains five bedrooms, 31/2 baths and a three-car garage.

Amenities include a media room, a covered patio and veranda, a formal dining room, a island kitchen with a pantry and a French door opening from the third bedroom to a front veranda.

Four other floor plans are available. Prices start from the $600,000s.

The two-story Pebble Beach measures 5,085 square feet and offers four bedrooms, three full baths, 21/2 baths, great room, den, veranda, rear patio and a three-car split garage. The island kitchen features a walk-in pantry and a breakfast nook.

Also standing at two stories is the Pinehurst, which measures 4,484 square feet. It contains five bedrooms, 41/2 baths, formal and informal living areas, a study off the entry foyer, and a bedroom with interior bath. A covered patio extends from the family room and kitchen.

The two-story Bay Hill measures 3,598 square feet, and contains three bedrooms, four baths, a loft, formal dining room, formal living room and family room opening to a covered rear patio.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Eastern Avenue, go south, past St. Rose Parkway, to Anthem Parkway and turn left. Follow the road several miles to Bicentennial Parkway and turn left, then left again on Democracy Drive and follow the signs.

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Mondays when they close at 4 p.m.
