Richmond to debut subdivisions

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

Richmond American has scheduled two grand openings from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. today. The Benton neighborhood opens in the eastern Las Vegas Valley, while the builder unveils Sapphire Springs in the west.

Complimentary food and refreshments are available at the event, while the builder provides tours of model homes, special offers and giveaways. Benton features two-story homes, with prices starting from the $250,000s.

"Benton is a nice small community with a charming neighborhood feel," said Janice Robinson, sales agent. "With just 32 homes, several cul-de-sac streets, and block wall fencing in all the backyards, it's very quiet and peaceful. Yet residents can still enjoy convenient access to the freeways, the Strip, and plenty of everyday conveniences."

The Lapin model measures 1,750 square feet and features four bedrooms and 21/2 baths.

"This home is really stunning," Robinson said. "It's ideal for entertaining, with an open layout on the first floor. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms can be selected as a bonus room or a second master bedroom with private bath."

The 1,450-square-foot Lambert contains three bedrooms and 21/2 baths. The main floor features a great room, dining room, powder room and kitchen with a center island. The laundry room is located upstairs, along with a master bedroom suite, two bedrooms and a full bath. One of the bedrooms can be selected as a loft.

Measuring 1,550 square feet is the Ranier, which offers four bedrooms and 21/2 baths. The entry features high ceilings leading into the great room, while the kitchen is distinguished by a breakfast bar and adjacent dining room.

To visit the grand opening at Benton, take Interstate 15 and exit east at Lake Mead Boulevard. Turn right on Lamb Boulevard and left on Bingham Avenue.

Homes at Sapphire Springs measure 1,100 to 1,350 square feet, and contain three bedrooms and 21/2 baths.

"Sapphire Springs features affordable homes with comfortable, open floor plans," said Mike Kruse, sales agent. "The neighborhood is centrally located with easy access to both the 95 and Interstate 15. Lorenzi Park and the Meadows Mall are also nearby."

Prices start from the low $200,000s.

"Three floor plans are available, each with its own charm," Kruse said.

"The Amherst features a tech center and two master bedroom suites. Depending on the elevation, one of the suites features a balcony. Those looking for something unique may find the Concord appealing. It features a parlor and a bedroom on the main floor and a family room, kitchen, and master bedroom suite on the second level.

Those looking for a little more space will enjoy the Hampton, which features an open kitchen and a loft, with an optional third bedroom available in lieu of the loft." To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 and exit north Rancho Drive. Turn right on Holly Avenue. Sales office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Friday when it opens at noon. The builder is currently offering its Buyer's Advantage Promotion, which provides customizing options at no additional cost.

Richmond American Homes offers more than 60 subdivisions throughout Valley.

The builder provides a home gallery, where visitors may review floor plans, design options and additional information. The gallery is located at 7770 S. Dean Martin Drive, Suite D10, near I-15 and Blue Diamond Road. For more info, visit >www.richmondamerican.com
