Canyon Creek Villas homes include granite countertops in the kitchens and baths, birch wood cabinets with built-in wine racks in the kitchens and Maytag stainless steel appliances in the kitchens and laundry rooms. Torbett said the complex is offering home buyers up to $7,000 in incentives, which can be used towards the purchase price, closing costs, first year's homeowners association dues or buying down the interest rate.
The master bedrooms in both plans feature Roman soaking tubs. Gas or wood-burning fireplaces are available as an option on both plans.
