Agent touts Vistana's resort atmosphere

The resort-style amenities at the Vistana condominium complex in Rhodes Ranch help beat the winter blues, according to sales agent Brent Simmons.

"With the swaying palm trees and bright sunshine, it is always a tropical paradise at Vistana. Even when it's 50 degrees outside," Simmons said.

Qualified buyers can purchase a home for as little as $1,000 down.

The Rhodes Homes complex in the southwestern valley features amenities such as two pools, a spa and a two-story fitness center. A third water amenity is planned.

Three floor plans, measuring from 670 to 796 square feet, feature one bedroom and one bath. Five two-bedroom, two-bath designs range from 847 to 1,200 square feet. The largest residence offers three bedrooms and two baths, and measures 1,413 square feet.

Prices range from the mid-$70,000s to the $130,000s.

The development is in its final phase of construction.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, then go south to Warm Springs Road. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
