One home remains available for sale at Richmond American Homes' Encore at Palatine Hill neighborhood, which is located within the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

"This is a beautiful gated neighborhood of lovely homes and homeowners who display a real sense of pride of ownership. We have been selling homes at a very rapid pace since we first opened for sales and we expect to sell our last home very quickly," sales agent Sylvia Zorsch said.

The last home is a Mozart design, which can be ready for occupancy by January 2003. It is priced at $297,365.
