Seven Hills' diversity touted
Custom-home sites with varying characteristics and prices in a scenic location await buyers at Seven Hills in Henderson, according to sales executive Varo Gabriel. The variety of home sites and architectural styles within the community, he said, has made it a popular choice. "One of the most appealing aspects of our custom-home-site program is the fact that we can give buyers so many choices, along with the flexibility they need to create their own personal dream homes. We have architectural guidelines, however we have an appreciation for diversity in architectural style, which gives our custom neighborhoods a more artistic feel and a sense that each home has the distinct signature of its owner," Gabriel said. A home site measuring nearly one-half acre for sale in the Terracina neighborhood, priced at $245,000, is situated on Boboli Court, where nine homes ranging from $1.2 million to more than $2.9 million were built for the 2000 Street of Dreams event. "It has an open rear parkway for privacy and western exposure for spectacular mountain views," he said. Available in the same neighborhood is a site on Villa Rica Drive. Priced at $425,000, the elevated lot is one of four overlooking a golf course and its lake, as well as offering views of the city and surrounding mountains. "This three-quarter-acre home site has a vantage point that you simply must see to truly appreciate," Gabriel said. Seven Hills is a development of Silver Canyon Partnership. Most custom-home sites are in neighborhoods with a variety of views. Located in guard-gated neighborhoods, custom lots measure up to about an acre and are priced from $225,000 to more than $1 million. Amenities include guard-gated entrances, landscaped open spaces, a private view park, and a private 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts and a playground. There are also four city parks offering basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball quads and playgrounds. To visit the sales pavilion, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
