Horton Homes. Survey costs are estimated at $93,795. -- Curtis Sanders of NAI Horizon represented Anne Hibbitt in the five-year lease of 21,500 square feet at 4725 S. Valley View Blvd. to Party Time Rentals, represented by Greg Pancirov of Colliers International, for $738,118. In another transaction, Don Chism and Kent Clifford represented Toby and Fiorinda Lamuraglia in the sale of 1.04 acres at the northwest corner of Red Coach Avenue and Torrey Pines Drive to Galtar for $260,000. Chuck Haldeman represented Police Managers and Supervisors in the purchase of 2,400 square feet at 801 S. Rancho Drive, Suite A-1, from Lynn Shoen for $269,000. Haldeman also represented Riverdark IV in its five-year lease of 1,363 square feet at 6144 W. Sahara Ave. to Annuity Markets for $134,568.
