Fontana features elevated home sites

Residences at Pardee Homes' Fontana neighborhood are being constructed on elevated lots near parks in Eldorado Highlands in North Las Vegas, according to sales executive Rob Tuvell.

Built on an elevated 23-acre setting with views of the valley, Seastrand Park's soccer, basketball, tennis and baseball fields; picnic areas; playgrounds; and walking trails serve as a neighborhood hub.

Its one- and two-story homes range from 1,594 to 2,931 square feet and have received the Energy Star seal for efficiency.

The single-story Plan One includes three bedrooms, two baths, family room and two-car garage. Options include a nursery off the master suite, two master suites, and a three-car garage. Ranging from 1,594 to 1,827 square feet, it is priced from $154,450 to $165,450.

Plan Two is a single-story, 1,979-square-foot design with three bedrooms, two baths and two-car garage. The home can be built with an optional fourth bedroom, den or dining room. It is priced from $177,950.

Measuring 2,349 square feet, Plan Three is a two-story home with three bedrooms, den or optional fourth bedroom, three baths, and two- or three-car garage. It is priced from $185,450.

Priced from $196,950, the two-story Plan Four offers four bedrooms, three baths and three-car garage in 2,459 square feet. The design can be expanded to 2,712 square feet with as many as five bedrooms, or 2,931 square feet with as many as six bedrooms.

The model park is across from Seastrand Park and features 12 model homes for the Fontana, Talavera and Mandevilla neighborhoods.

The community also includes a fire station, elementary school and Eldorado Park.

To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte and proceed north. The sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except Monday, when it opens at 11 a.m.
