Pardee's 50-Hour House Pardee's 50-Hour House Today at noon, Pardee Homes will announce the buyer of its 50-Hour House in the Eldorado Highlands community in North Las Vegas. The drawing will take place at the house, located off Ann Road and Whitestone Drive, and will include announcing the winner and two additional finalists. Pardee built the Energy Star home over five, 10-hour days the week of Sept. 30 through Oct. 4. While independently appraised at $218,000, Pardee is selling the 2,046-square-foot home for $166,550, which includes more than $50,000 in free options and upgrades.
