Royal Highlands marks debutSPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
The Villages at Southern Highlands showcases nearly two dozen neighborhoods within the southwestern valley community. Among the newest properties to open is Royal Highlands, an American West Homes development comprising two neighborhoods. The sales offices at both Glen Eagles and Inverness will open Monday. Both properties border the Goett Family Park and the Paseo walking trail. "We are very excited to bring our newest designs to Royal Highlands," said Stacia Lemke, marketing executive for the builder. "The new models offer our home buyers an array of distinct options and unique features ..." Glen Eagles is planned to include 391 homes. All five floor plans are two-story, measuring from 1,952 to 2,548 square feet. Homes are priced from $189,950, and are situated on cul-de-sacs. Neighborhood amenities will include greenbelts, landscaped medians, a water feature and traffic roundabouts. Inverness will have 330 homes at buildout. It offers six floor plans, ranging from 3,679 to 5,649 square feet. Each home will feature a basement. Five models are open at the neighborhood, where homes are priced from the mid-$300,000s. Royal Highlands will feature a guarded security gate and paver-themed sidewalks. Homes in both neighborhoods come standard with structured wiring and the latest technological advances.
