Early release set at The Christopher Collection

Strong sales have prompted an early release of a new phase this weekend at The Christopher Collection in the guard-gated Southern Highlands Golf Club, according to sales agent Teresa Tebbs.

The Christopher Homes neighborhood offers homes with numerous options, located along the Southern Highlands Golf Club.

"Our sales activity was very strong through the summer months, which led Christopher Homes to release this new series of home sites at an earlier date than we had originally anticipated," Tebbs said.

Buyers may choose from 21 designs measuring from 1,983 to 6,200 square feet and priced from the low $400,000s to more than $1 million.

The home sites range from 8,200 to more than 12,000 square feet, with lots averaging about one-quarter acre. Some lots offer views of the golf course, city and mountains.

An allowance of $25,000 is included in the base price for options such as elevators, motor courts, courtyard fireplaces, casitas, room additions, four-car garages, extra baths, bonus rooms, libraries, wine cellars and wet bars.

Christopher also is building The Enclave, a custom neighborhood of 18 homes valued from about $1.5 million to $7.5 million in Southern Highlands Golf Club. Lots within the gated neighborhood range from about one-third acre to three-quarters of an acre and are priced from the $200,000s.

Buyers at all Christopher neighborhoods in Southern Highlands receive a free social membership to the country club, upon application approval.

The golf club comprises a private golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Robert Trent Jones Jr. A clubhouse features a dining room, wine room, library, lounges and locker rooms. A spa offers four lighted tennis courts, a pool, fitness equipment, professional trainers and treatment rooms. Concierge services include delivery from the clubhouse restaurant.

To visit, take Interstate 15 south to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs.
