Kimball Hill's Caparola attracts buyers
Since opening almost a year ago, Kimball Hill Homes' Caparola neighborhood in the Villages at Southern Highlands in the southwestern valley has experienced strong sales. "At Caparola, buyers will find a variety of designs and a long list of amenities," sales agent Sandi Boyce said. Four two-story floor plans are priced from $208,990. The Mirella measures 1,854 square feet with three or four bedrooms and three baths. Measuring 1,876 square feet, the Rosetta has three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a great room. Four bedrooms and three baths highlight the Sorrento model. Standard at 2,033 square feet, the available options can add almost 400 square feet. Options include a great room, a second master suite on the lower level, a formal dining room, and a study and/or game room. The Marcello, measuring 2,124 square feet, offers three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Among its features are a game room with an optional bar, great room, and a lower-level master suite. An extra bedroom and loft are available. Amenities include an upgraded wiring package, soft-water loop, niches, raised-panel doors, maple kitchen cabinetry with rollout shelves, and upgraded appliances. The homes will be built on Z-shaped lots, allowing for half to feature rear garages and the other half with front garages and driveways. In addition, the homes within the gated community have Mediterranean-inspired features including shutters and wrought iron accents. The Villages at Southern Highlands showcases designs by a variety of builders and features homes priced from the $170,000s to the $600,000s. Maps of the community are available at any of the models, which are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Henderson/Lake Mead exit, head west and follow the signs.
