City Lights ready for occupancy
Recent weather conditions have attracted visitors to City Lights, a condominium development in the northeastern valley, according to sales agent John Di Carlo. "I didn't think it was possible, but each weekend seems to be bringing more people around to tour our community than the previous weekend," Di Carlo said. "This last weekend, more people seemed to be driving around, looking for the perfect bargain. Several families found that deal right here at City Lights." The complex consists of 274 condos, and is located at the base of Sunrise Mountain. Residents can enjoy different views from each building, Di Carlo said. The development has two pools and a spa, a clubhouse with an exercise room, courtyards, a putting green, barbecue pits, as well as trees, bushes and grass areas. Three floor plans are available, and home buyers can attain instant move-ins, according to Di Carlo. The one-bedroom, one-bath New York design measures 776 square feet and is priced from $98,900. Paris is a two-bedroom, two-bath floor plan measuring 1,018 square feet and priced from $129,900. The three-bedroom, three-bath Milan model measures 1,142 square feet. It is priced from $151,900. The development is located on Lake Mead Boulevard, just east of Hollywood Boulevard. The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
