Ryland starts presales at Kingwood Knoll

Presales are under way at Kngwood Knoll, Ryland Homes' third neighborhood within the Summerlin community. Two floor plans are available, both single story.

"Not having stairs is important to many people," Dana Rogers, vice president of sales and marketing, said. "For households with young children, it's a safety benefit. For anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs, it's a health and safety benefit. And for virtually everyone, it's just nice not to have to go up and down stairs several times a day."

The single- and two-story floor plans measure from 1,515 to 2,001 square feet with two to four bedrooms and two to 3 1/2 baths. Two-car garages are standard. Prices start in the low $400,000s.

Features include a great room with a fireplace, formal dining room, island kitchen, master suite with a walk-in closet, den, laundry room and courtyard.

Buyers can customize their homes through the TrueU program, which includes upgrades and decorator touches.

The neighborhood is located within The Vistas village, which has several parks. The 7-acre North Tower Park has playgrounds, picnic and barbecue areas, and open space. South Tower Park, which is planned, will have similar amenities.

Also planned is the 23-acre Vistas Park.
