Pulte Homes offers single-story homes on lots averaging 7,750 square feet at Miramonte in Summerlin. Buyers can choose from three floor plans, each with a two-car garage.

The 2,830-square-foot model has three bedrooms, three baths and is priced from $710,000 with an October delivery.

Two 2,694-square-foot plans, each with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, are also available. The model's back yard is landscaped, and priced from $689,000. The second plan, on a corner lot, is priced from $589,990. Both offer October delivery.

The 2,720-square-foot plan has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It is priced from the high $500,000s with an autumn delivery.

Each home is Energy Star certified and includes the Platinum Plus level of Environments for Living technology, as well as a three-year heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee.
