Exec touts Alondra

Alondra, a condominium development in the northwestern valley, has proved popular with buyers because of its floor plans and amenities, according to marketing director Tawnya Rosenthal.

"Home buyers get energized when they visit Alondra," she said. "Priced from the high $90,000s, home buyers are amazed that they can afford to buy for the same price of their current rent."

Three floor plans are available.

The Songbird model features one bedroom and one bath in 720 square feet. It is priced from the high $90,000s.

Two bedrooms and two baths are featured in the Blue Jay, which measures 1,121 square feet and is priced from the high $130,000s.

The largest design, the 1,253-square-foot Sparrow, has three bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from the low $150,000s.

Common area amenities include a pool, clubhouse and an exercise facility.

To visit the sales office, located at 2451 N. Rainbow Blvd., take U.S. Highway 95 to Lake Mead Boulevard, go east to Rainbow and then go north. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
