US Home ready for visitors

US Home will welcome prospective buyers to its Rancho de Paz neighborhood in North Las Vegas this weekend, marking the completion of road paving projects that allowed limited access to the site.

Five home designs are offered, priced from the $200,000s.

Standard features include ceramic-tile entries, lighting fixtures, oak cabinetry, energy-efficient dishwashers, interior laundry facilities with natural gas hookup, and finished garages.

Additional options and upgrades may be selected at the builder's design center.

The Moonlight design measures 1,502 square feet and has two bedrooms and a den or third bedroom. Other features include a kitchen nook, great room, and master suite with a walk-in closet and dual sinks.

Crescent is a 1,615-square-foot design with four bedrooms and two baths. The great room features a media niche, while the kitchen has a dining area, pantry and breakfast bar. Optional configurations offer a den in lieu of a bedroom and a secondary master suite.

Peak is a two-story design measuring 1,856 square feet. It has three bedrooms, a loft, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. A fourth bedroom is optional. Additionally, the design has a covered porch, formal living and dining rooms, family room, and island kitchen.

A super family room highlights the 2,333-square-foot, two-story Caprice design. The plan offers as many as six bedrooms along with its L-shaped kitchen, that has a dining nook and breakfast bar. Options include a secondary master suite and retreat.

The Starlight measures 2,659 square feet. The two-story plan has formal living and dining rooms, a family room and four bedrooms.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go west to Losee Road and head north to Azure Drive.
