Anthem Highlands fulfills buyers' needs

Anthem Highlands, Pulte Homes' Scottish-themed community within the Anthem master plan in Henderson, offers five collections of homes, including the Sinclair Collection.

"The Sinclair Collection offers the best of Anthem Highlands' many features," said Lindsay Motley, general sales manager for the builder. "These four homes are not too big or small, and they provide home buyers with many options to personalize their floor plans."

The 1,900-square-foot plan is one story with three bedrooms, two baths and an expanded two-car garage. The master suite is located at the rear of the home.

Three bedrooms are featured in the two-story, 2,428-square-foot design. Additionally, it offers an optional fourth bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, and a detached two-car garage.

The 2,641-square-foot, two-story plan features four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a dining room, and two-car garage. A fifth bedroom is optional.

At 2,804 square feet, the largest plan has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The two-story home also offers a curved staircase, an optional fourth bedroom and a three-car garage.

Homes in the collection are priced from the high $300,000s.

Residences in the additional collections measure 1,580 to 3,483 square feet, and are priced from the low $300,000s.

All of the homes merit the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star label and feature the Platinum Plus level of Environments for Living technology, enabling the builder to offer a three-year heating and cooling energy-use and comfort guarantee. Select communities offer 2X6 construction on exterior livable walls.

Community amenities include landscaped areas and a planned 18-acre park with soccer and baseball fields, basketball courts, a playground, water features and a dog park.

The community will comprise about 1,500 homes.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and follow the signs. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.

The Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based builder operates in 45 markets nationwide.
