Agent touts City Lights' country-like setting near Sunrise Mountain

City Lights condominiums, located in the northeastern valley, provide a rural-type atmosphere, according to sales agent Gretchen Courtney.

"The trees, grass and shrubs within City Lights give the community a sense of country living," she said, noting that there is also an absence of traffic noise.

"The homes are built far back from the streets. Plus, the encircling driveway and the tall trees and other greenery seem to dampen the sound of passing vehicles."

The development is at the base of Sunrise Mountain.

"Some of the homes face the city to the south and west, some face the Sheep Mountains to the north, and some face beautiful Sunrise Mountain," Courtney said.

Three plans are available.

The one-bedroom, one-bath New York design measures 776 square feet and is priced from $98,900.

Paris is a two-bedroom, two-bath floor plan measuring 1,018 square feet and priced from $129,900.

The three-bedroom, three-bath Milan model measures 1,142 square feet. It is priced from $151,900.

All units include window coverings, a dishwasher, walk-in closet, and storage area off a balcony or patio.

Buyers using the preferred lender receive a free refrigerator, washer and dryer.

The development is located on Lake Mead Boulevard, just east of Hollywood Boulevard. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
