Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas is nearly sold out, with just a few dozen of the condo-hotel's 1,282 units remaining, according to Jack Christie, vice president of sales and marketing for the project, which is expected to open in early 2008.
"Donald Trump is one of the most recognized names in the world," Christie said. "The Trump brand, combined with Donald Trump's reputation for building outstanding condo-hotels, has helped us get to near sell-out in just over a year."

According to Christie, about one third of Trump Las Vegas owners live in Las Vegas, with others hailing from across the U.S. and around the world.
Bergman, Walls and Associates Architects designed the 2 million square-foot, 64-story, 24-carat gold glass-encased tower, which Perini Construction is building. The project's interior design firm is Design 360 Unlimited.
Prices range from the $700,000s to $7 million.
Buyers have five options when they purchase a unit. They can live in the unit full-time or part-time, rent it out themselves, rent it through Trump hotel operations or use an outside property management company to rent their unit.
On-site conveniences include 24-hour concierge and security services; a professionally managed spa, fitness center and salon; a heated outdoor pool and inviting sundeck with a bar; a business center with meeting facilities; a doorman and valet parking services; and gourmet and casual dining.
The homes will have one to 3 1/2 baths with Breccia Oniciata floors, rounded vanities with silver and gold hardware, and a deep brown-and-gold marble top.
Floor to ceiling windows will maximize views of the valley, and European-style kitchens include Wolf, Bosch, Dacor and Sub-Zero appliances.
Other features will include owners' "lockout closets," flat screen plasma TVs, wireless Internet, cable television and in-suite movies.
