Boca Raton pours foundation

Boca Raton Condominiums, a $400 million mid-rise luxury condominium development, is under construction at the southwest corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Avenue.

The foundation was recently poured for the first of two two-story underground parking structures, which will support the seven-story development. The pour was a major milestone towards the completion of phase one, which is scheduled for Fall 2006 with the opening of the first 172 residences.

Two of the development's planned four buildings have been released for sale, with two-thirds of the units reserved.

Boca Raton will comprise 756 units at buildout, including the Caravella, a two-story home with a private street-side entrance.

The floor plans range from 593 to 2,400 square feet, and are priced from the $300,000s.

The 3,000-square-foot sales office features a full-size model of a Casita unit. It displays the kitchen appliances and contemporary bath fixtures that are included in the base price of the homes. Visitors also can review 41 floor plans, as well as flooring and upgrade options.

The sales office at 2475 W. Serene Ave. is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
