Toll Bros. selects two sites to build Monterossa homes

Mountain's Edge, Summerlin selected for neighborhoods

Design features are the hallmark of Toll Bros.' Monterossa Collection, available at both Mirasol at Mountain's Edge and Barcelona, a neighborhood within Summerlin's gated Paseos village.

The Monterossa Collection offers three floor plans: the Bellini, Botticelli and Trapani, all of which feature European styling. The two-story homes range from 2,600 to 3,141 square feet.

Prices start from the mid-$500,000s to the mid-$700,000s.

Designed around an interior courtyard, the Botticelli offers as many as four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Areas include a living room and formal dining room, both of which access the courtyard through optional French doors, as well as a foyer, a family room with a fireplace and media niche, a home office, and an upstairs learning center with a built-in desk and optional upper cabinets. The island kitchen provides a pantry, double oven and breakfast area.

Two secondary bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath with dual vanities. The master bath has a 6-foot spa tub, separate shower, dual vanities and a dual-entry closet.

The Trapani floor plan comes with three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a foyer, den, laundry room, great room with a media center and fireplace, and a morning room overlooking the front courtyard. The island kitchen offers a pantry and double oven.

Upstairs is a learning center. The master suite, also upstairs, features a sitting room and walk-in closet.

The Bellini, which has four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, features a front courtyard, a foyer, formal dining room, and great room with a corner fireplace and built-in media center. The island kitchen features a pantry.

The master suite, located on the first floor, provides a media center; an option for a covered patio; and a master bath with a walk-in closet, dual vanities, a spa tub and separate shower. One secondary bedroom offers an optional deck; another has a balcony.

A model of the Botticelli plan is available for viewing at Palomar, also in The Paseos village. The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to Charleston Boulevard, go west to Desert Foothills Drive and turn right. At Desert Sunrise Road, turn left and follow the signs.

Toll Bros. also offers The Balboa Collection at Mirasol at Mountain's Edge featuring the Miramar, Sonoma, Solano and Verano plans. The homes range from 2,494 to 3,151 square feet and are priced from the upper $400,000s.
