Lot sales brisk at Southern Highlands

An executive at The Estates at Southern Highlands Golf Club recently announced that more than one-third of the 71 custom-home sites at Vintage Valley have been sold.

"... The Estates at Southern Highlands had high expectations for Vintage Valley," sales director Mitch McClellan said. "We are pleased that buyers continue to realize the value and prestige of The Estates, and the uniqueness of Vintage Valley and all that it will offer residents."

Lots in the gated neighborhood measure about one-half acre and are priced from the $200,000s to $800,000. Many offer golf course or park frontage. Prices are scheduled to increase on Nov. 1, according to McClellan.

Southern Highlands is a private golf course community in the southwestern valley. Amenities include roving security, tree-lined streets, a 2-acre garden, basketball court, playground and trails. Residents will also be able to access shopping and dining venues at the planned Village Center as well as concierge services.

Residents may become members of the community's fitness center, and golf club memberships are available by invitation only.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Lake Mead Drive exit and head west. The sales center is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
