Astoria Homes celebrates debut of Villa Villagio
Astoria Homes celebrates the grand opening of Villa Villagio today in the Seven Hills community in Henderson. Prices start from the mid-$200,000s at the gated neighborhood, which will comprise 119 Energy Star-certified homes. "Our pre-grand-opening sales activity was already impressive," Sia Howe, marketing director for the builder, said. "Now that our beautifully furnished and decorated models are open, buyers can see firsthand the incredible degree of value these homes offer for such an exceptionally competitive price. "This is a great time to take advantage of special introductory pricing and to choose from among our finest home sites. We are still in the earliest phase of development at Villa Villagio, which means our prices will never be lower and our selection will never be better." Buyers can choose from four single- and two-story floor plans, ranging from 2,584 to 3,932 square feet with as many as five bedrooms. A three-car garage is standard in each home. Select lots offer views of Sonata Park, the mountains or city. Features include double-door entries, media niches and gas fireplaces. The Tuscan-inspired exteriors include shutters and iron detailing. A development of Silver Canyon Partnership, Seven Hills is located in the foothills of Black Mountain. The 1,300-acre community will feature 25 neighborhoods and more than 3,000 homes, about 300 of which will be custom designs. Community amenities include landscaped open space areas; miles of trails and walkways; and city and neighborhood parks with basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer fields, volleyball quads, baseball diamonds, and playgrounds.
