Toll Bros. touts two-story floor plan at Stonehaven

The Haddington, a floor plan featured at Toll Bros.' Stonehaven neighborhood at MacDonald Highlands, has become a preferred design among Henderson home buyers, according to the builder.

The two-story, 4,350-square-foot home is centered around a courtyard and contains four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a two-car garage and an additional single-car garage. Prices start at $474,975.

Standard features include a turret foyer at the entrance leading into the living room and den areas; a separate formal dining room; and a kitchen with an island, desk, pantry and window seat area that looks out to the courtyard.

The two-story family room includes a media niche and fireplace.

Upstairs, the owner bedroom features bay windows, walk-in closets, dual-entry shower and a spa. Bedrooms two and three share a bath with double vanities, while a computer room with a built-in desk is located at the top of the stairs, as is the laundry room.

Stonehaven, with a view of the Las Vegas Valley, will comprise 59 homes within the guard-gated MacDonald Highlands community.

Planned amenities include lighted tennis and basketball courts; five miles of hiking, biking and walking trails; three parks with playgrounds; and a community center with exercise facilities and a swimming pool.

Central to the community is the DragonRidge Golf Club designed by Jay Morrish and David Druzisky.

To visit, take St. Rose Parkway to Valle Verde Drive, turn south, proceed to Horizon Ridge Parkway and follow the signs. The models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
