Model showcase: Pulte times three

SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE

Pulte Homes opened models at three new neighborhoods in Summerlin last weekend, where visitors not only had a chance to see the builder's latest floor plans, but also to help people in need.

"We wanted to make it easy and fun for people to see all three of our new communities, so we offered express shuttle service and brought in a ... radio station to broadcast live and give away great prizes," said Todd Hahn, general sales manager for the new Sunset Ridge and Echo Ridge neighborhoods.

"More importantly, (the station) accepted donations for its Clear Channel World Wide Relief Fund for the victims of last month's terrorist attacks. We're thankful to those people who took the time to give a little something to help people during these trying times."

All homes in the three neighborhoods are single-story and designed for energy efficiency. In addition to being recognized as EPA Energy Star homes, Pulte Living Certified homes offer a two-year Energy Use Guarantee. Homes also contain a structured wiring package with a fully integrated high-speed voice, data and video network as well as high-speed cable service for telephone and data communications.

Sunset Ridge is located in The Ridgebrook village in Summerlin. Floor plans range from 1,418 to 1,881 square feet and are priced from the high $100,000s.

Also located in The Ridgebrook village is Echo Ridge, where the builder has made available new floor plans with Mediterranean-inspired design features such as courtyards, circular dining nooks and rotunda entries. Buyers can choose from five plans, ranging from 1,657 to 2,486 square feet and priced from the low $200,000s.

"The new floor plans at Echo Ridge have created quite a buzz," Hahn said. "It's always exciting to unveil something new and exciting for our buyers."

To tour the models at Echo Ridge and Sunset Ridge, take Interstate 215 to Town Center Drive, then go north to Desert Inn Road. Turn left at Desert Inn, proceed across Interstate 215, then follow the signs.

The third neighborhood is Bella Vista, which is being developed in The Vistas village. Homes measure from 1,418 to 1,881 square feet, and are priced the high $100,000s, according to general sales manager Jeff Galindo.

"One of the most appealing features of Bella Vista is its location near Interstate 215. It's especially nice for people who work in other parts of town," Galindo said.

"Convenience isn't the only advantage to living at Bella Vista. The views of the Las Vegas Valley are incredible, especially at night."

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Far Hills Avenue then head west.

All sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon.

Pulte Homes is currently developing 12 neighborhoods in Southern Nevada.

The company recently earned the highest ranking among home builders in the Las Vegas area in J.D. Power and Associates' New Home Builder Customer Satisfaction Study for the second consecutive year.
