Turnberry Towers marked a milestone recently when its 45-story East Tower was topped off at the high-rise condominium project. The tower is slated for completion in spring 2007. The West Tower is also under construction and will be completed in spring 2008.
The development is being built on 10 acres on Paradise Road and Karen Avenue. When complete, the resort community will have two 45-story towers and 636 residences. Sales began for the East Tower in April 2005 followed by sales for the West Tower just three months later. The East Tower is sold out, and the West Tower is 50 percent sold.

Turnberry Towers will feature one- to three- bedroom residences appealing to both primary and second-home buyers. The sales office features a 1,658-square-foot, fully furnished model suite at 222 Karen Avenue.
