The new neighborhood of Vantage, located in Henderson's Black Mountain region at the corner of Gibson Road and Paseo Verde Parkway, is under construction and in the framing phase of development. The first residents are expected to move in early 2007.
Floor plans in the single-family development include a one-story flat from 1,000 to 1,500 square feet with 12-foot ceilings and two-story lofts ranging from 1,700 to 2,800 square feet.

The project's developer is Slade Development, a third generation custom home developer from Las Vegas.
Vantage has sold out of its first phase and is currently selling phase two, according to the developer. Prices range from $375,000 to over $1 million. Interested buyers can visit the design center and model vignette which is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is located at The District in Green Valley, 2200 Paseo Verde Parkway, Suite 380.
