CityMark Development continues to spotlight juhl, its mid-rise development.
In addition to open house events for the downtown project's current and potential home buyers, the developer has hosted a celebratory contract signing party at Andre's Restaurant for juhl home buyers. Citymark is now planning a social event for the tenants of the World Market Center.

The complex will offer 341 units of warehouse, mid-rise and high-rise townhouses, flats and penthouses. They measure 600 to 2,200 square feet. More than 100 floor plans are available.
The towers will range from six to 15 stories high and feature a dramatic glass lobby. The loft residences will include 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, patios or balconies, energy efficient air conditioning and forced air heating, high-speed Internet access, designer selected chrome fixtures center islands, maple cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Pricing begins at $300,000.
Community amenities are a two-story fitness center, rooftop courtyard with a 75-foot pool, spa and a ninth-floor viewing deck.
Residents will be provided with secured multi-level parking, 24-hour security and 24,000 square feet of retail space.
