Custom lots vary in price at Seven Hills

The Seven Hills community in Henderson features custom-home sites with varied characteristics and prices.

The majority of the custom lots in the Silver Canyon Partnership community are situated in neighborhoods that align the fairways of a golf course and offer views of the city and mountains.

The sites measure up to about an acre and are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Buyers can purchase multiple adjacent sites to create larger estates.

The custom neighborhoods feature guard-gated entrances, landscaped open space, private view park, and 2-acre park with a playground and tennis and basketball courts.

Also featured in the community are four city parks and several neighborhood parks that include basketball and tennis courts, picnic shelters, soccer and baseball fields, volleyball quads, and playgrounds.

To visit the community's information pavilion, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. The office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
