Four Palazzo Monte homes remain in Seven Hills
A rapid rate of sales has led the Palazzo Monte neighborhood in Seven Hills into its final phase. Four homes remain at the gated US Home neighborhood, which features designs ranging from 2,550 to 4,500 square feet with as many as five bedrooms and a loft. Prices start from the low $300,000s. "It is definitely `last call' for the great value US Home is offering at Palazzo Monte," sales agent Terry Stewart said. "We are very close to being sold out, but we still have a great selection of floor plans including one luxurious Roma plan, which can be ready for move-in within 30 days." The Roma design offers four bedrooms, four baths and 4,321 square feet. "This home is perfect for families or for any buyer who appreciates an added measure of luxury and spaciousness," he said. "The Roma design is one of our most popular plans and this home offers magnificent city and mountain views. It is ... priced at $543,990 and the included features are too numerous to mention. You simply must see this home to appreciate all it has to offer in the way of elegance and amenities." Seven Hills, a 1,300-acre development of Silver Canyon Partnership in the foothills of Black Mountain in Henderson, will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods, including about 300 custom homes. Other active neighborhoods, priced from the $200,000s, are Renaissance by Pardee Homes, Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes, Meridiana by Trident Homes, and Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes. Custom-home sites priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Several amenities are available to residents, including tree-lined walking trails, shaded rest areas, water fountains, covered picnic areas and pavilions. About one-third of the community's acreage is dedicated to open space. Four city parks and several neighborhood parks variously feature basketball and tennis courts, soccer and baseball fields, volleyballs quads, and playgrounds. To visit the information center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
