Chartered's Cottonwood features townhome designs
With the average price of a new home in the Las Vegas Valley rising, the townhomes at Cottonwood at Alexander in North Las Vegas have been a popular choice among home buyers, according to sales agent Kathi Karcher. "Homeowners in the Las Vegas Valley are seeking the best quality homes they can find at an affordable price," Karcher said. Homes at the neighborhood are priced from the $120,000s. She said Chartered Homes expects that the sales of its townhomes will remain strong since its Cottonwood at Sunrise Mountain development has done well in the northeastern valley. Cottonwood on Alexander, a gated complex, features three floor plans, a community pool and spa. The 1,283-square-foot Aspen design features two bedrooms, two baths and an attached single-car garage. It is priced in the low $120,000s. Measuring 1,418 square feet, the Birch offers two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, den and attached two-car garage. This design is priced in the mid-$120,000s. The Cedar, a 1,429-square-foot residence, offers three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and an attached two-car garage. It is priced from the high $120,000s. To visit, take Interstate 15 to Craig Road, go east to Pecos Road, travel south to Alexander Road, turn left and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
