Select sites, plans remain at Anthem
A limited number of home sites as well as inventory homes remain at Anthem Country Club in Henderson. Sales manager Jeb Koury said that of the estimated 40 inventory homes remaining, 13 may be moved into by year-end. Among the homes available at the Del Webb guard-gated community is the Summerwind plan. This 2,176-square-foot design offers three bedrooms, two baths, a two-car garage and optional casita. "The Summerwind has been one of our most popular plans since our new models were introduced last year," Koury said. The home features a security system; gas furnace; electric air conditioner; volume ceilings throughout; and ceramic-tile flooring in the entry, kitchen and utility room. In one of the inventory homes, oak recessed-panel cabinets are included in the kitchen and baths. Also featured are appliances, an oval tub in the master bath, and walk-in closets with wire shelving. Homes are priced from the high $400,000s to more than $1 million. A social membership is included with each purchase. Equity golf membership is an option available to homeowners. The course was designed by golfer Hale Irwin and architect Keith Foster. Other amenities include a 34,770-square-foot clubhouse, which features fine dining, a casual grill, meeting room, offices, golf shop and locker rooms with lounges. A 13,700-square-foot athletic club offers cardiovascular equipment, aerobics, basketball, sand volleyball and tennis. Also featured is a salon, swimming pools and spa. To visit, take Eastern Avenue south, two miles past St. Rose Parkway, turn left on Anthem Parkway and follow the signs. The sales center is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
